赵珂,笔名舸兰,女,汉,1963年生于河南,祖籍山西。毕业于中国书画函授大学国画班(大专)现为中国艺术名家研究院荣誉院长、英国皇家艺术基金会永久艺术顾问、北京艺联诗书画院艺术顾问、北京宋庄国际书画院院长、中国当代艺术出版社副社长、政协画院副院长等职。多次参加全国、国际书画大展赛且获国际文化交流展金奖多次、特别金奖、一等奖、中日二十世纪(二十一世纪)书画名匠勋章两枚等诸多奖项。作品入选2000年国际文化交流展、首届祖国颂国际书画展、迎97香港回归世界华人硬笔书画大展赛、国粹奖艺术大展等。2014年获首届中国文艺杰出成就奖书画艺术金奖、首届世界华人文艺领袖奖金奖。作品多次在中国美术馆、中国历史博物馆展出并获好评。流传香港、日本、巴西、加拿大、韩国、泰国等国家和地区。被誉为“世界金奖艺术家”“世界功勋艺术家”。作品传略入编《中国著名书画家精英博览》、《中国文化名人大写真》、《二十世纪、二十一世纪中日书画名匠集》、《中国书法家选集》、《世纪中国名家艺术大典》、《中华人民共和国艺术家大典》等百余部书画典集。2011年被中国艺术工作者协会授予“国际德艺双馨艺术家”、2014年获“首届世界华人文艺领袖奖”金奖并被授予“世界华人文艺领袖人物”荣衔称号及国家艺术奖金奖荣誉称号。2019年受中国邮政之邀约参与庆祝建国70周年出版了素有国家名片的,我的个人作品限量珍藏邮册及全国发行我的作品、简历生活照、付邮资的明信片70000枚,每套邮册附带有收藏证书编号。2019年6月被邀请参加在北京会议中心召开的新文艺群体书画家联谊会“明德引领风尚,挥毫书写时代”座谈会。2019年8月受中外名人文化研究会之邀参加在山东济南舜耕国际会展中心为期5天的艺术博览会。作品备受关注。
Zhao Ke, pen name Ge Lan, female, Han, was born in 1963 in Henan, originally from Shanxi. Graduated from the Chinese painting class (junior college) of the correspondence university of Chinese painting and calligraphy, he is now honorary president of the institute of Chinese artists, permanent art consultant of the royal arts foundation of England, art consultant of the Beijing arts association poetry and painting institute, president of the Beijing songzhuang international painting institute, vice president of the China contemporary art publishing house, vice president of the Chinese people's political consultative conference painting institute, etc. He has participated in many national and international painting and calligraphy exhibitions and won many awards such as gold medal, special gold medal, first prize, and two medals of famous painters and calligraphers of the 20th century (21st century) between China and Japan.
